Well, belated birthday. It's Just Money had it's first birthday on February 22. In that first year, I managed to churn out 446 posts and received 1,531 comments. I got engaged, passed four of five courses for the CFP, and began a new business relationship with Interest.com. Most notably, I have made some e-friends. I hope you're still lurking FinancialFreedumb. Thanks to those who have taken this little journey with me. Here's to another good year (and probably not quite as many posts).
Happy Blog-Birthday! What a great year!

I hope this works! LMG, Happy BEEEEElated birthday. I've tried to comment a number of times, but it always rejects me like 3 or 4 times, and I give up. I've read a couple of things, and I think the last was you passed your cpa test right??? Congratulations on that!

I think that to receive the loan from creditors you should have a great reason. But, once I have received a commercial loan, just because I wanted to buy a building.
