On Yahoo Real Estate News this morning, I find this headline, "Alarmed By Rising Defaults, NAR Educates Consumers About Exotic and Subprime Loans."
Shouldn't that education have happened when before thousands (or millions?) of people borrowed more money than they could afford?
Or is the expression, "too little, too late"?
