This week's Random Personal Finance Sunday presents Out of Debt Blog, written anonymously by "outofdebt," a 30 year old, married application developer. He began in February, reporting debt of $32,000, living at his wife's mother's house in order to reduce expenses. He posts sporadically, sometimes several times in a week, and not for a week and a half at other times.
Outofdebt's writing style is very much like a personal journal. He discusses his adventures and difficulties in starting a business, sticking to a budget and paying down debt. He uses or listens to a variety of financial planning systems, including Crown Financial, Dave Ramsey and the B word.
Church and faith are a big part of Outofdebt's life, and he mentions it frequently. I thought his best post was this "Aha!" post called, Catching the Vision - Stop Spending Money.
Go check it out.
