Non Personal Finance Blog-of-the-Week

Every Friday I feature a blog that has absolutely nothing to do with personal finance.  I realize that while many of us have a strong interest in personal finance, we do have interests in other areas.  It is also my small attempt at bringing others outside the fray into our world.

Since I have already come clean about the fact that I watch American Idol, we'll just wallow in it some more.  This week, I bring to you...

The Woes and Prose of an American Idol Junkie.

It's written by Jen, who is pretty serious about American Idol.  She has an incredible following, with lively discussion in the comments of each of her posts.  She posts frequently, and give in depth recaps of the show, in case your Tivo somehow missed it.

If you're a American Idol fan (and we know you are!), check it out.  If you're not a fan, check out her site to see what all the fuss is about.  After all, American Idol is not just a show.  It is now, for better or worse, part of American culture.

So, who's your pick?  Chris Daughtery?  Katherine McPhee?  You got the McPheever?  Yea?  I think I just might.
