I got $10 from MySurvey.com

I'm pretty skeptical of a lot of the "take surveys for cash" sites that you see around the internet.  But I can vouch for NFOMySurvey.  I probably joined about two years ago, and have made around $140 over that time.  Not too bad for mindlessly clicking through surveys while watching TV.  Some of the surveys are even kind of interesting.  They will show pictures of a product about to be released, and ask your opinion of the packaging, whether it is appealing, etc.  A few months later you may see it on grocery store shelves and say, "hey, I took a survey about that!"  Maybe you even influenced how they packaged or marketed the product.

How does it work?

It's pretty simple.  When they have a new survey for you, they send you an email.  Most surveys offer ten points, and only take a minute.  It takes 1,000 points to exchange for $10, so at that rate it would take forever.  As you are taking the 10 point survey, they may ask you if you would like to take the extended version, which may take 15-20 minutes (they'll give you an approximate time), and they'll pay quite a few more points, from 50 to a thousand.

Every time you log in and take a survey, you are also entered into their drawings to win $100, $1,000, or $10,000.  I actually won $100 a little while back.  That's how I have made $140 from this site.  It would take much longer to earn that strictly through surveys.

I also like PineCone Research. You have to be invited to join, but it pays $5 a survey and I usually take 3 surveys a month - kind nice!

I must say that mysurvey.com is an honest and fair company. I have received cash from them for taking surveys. Their surveys are really interesting. There are a few other survey companies that I believe are not honest and you really have no way to know whether or not you have earned anything. In fact if you question them they make excuses or stop communicating.
