Isn't Nancy Beaumont related to Hugh Beaumont from Leave it to Beaver? =)

The whole "Nancy Beaumont" a/k/a "Multiple Accounts" crisis may change these results once CNBC does the IP address matching which Dylan Radigan said they would do on-air Thursday so as to disqualify the rule violators.

That will be nice when they fix the accounts. Hopefully that will push me to a better ranking.

Strategy- One to five stocks. I only choose small caps with a preference toward high betas. Must have solid financials. I have different stocks in my portfolio each day. This is STRICTLY a day trading competition. Also, diversification will work AGAINST you in this game. It will guarantee that you will only have average returns. Good luck everyone!

MPEL has been talked down by Jim Cramer, but the next day after he sledged it, they announced their much touted Macau casino will be opening on time 28 April.

He was wrong on it before betting on it, he is now going to be wrong betting against it.

This one will rocket this week.

No bonus bucks, completely unethical IMO. You don't get free stock just for showing up unless you are CEO of a sub-prime or Homeduilder. Like I said, completely unethical.

I have a realish portfolio. some large and medium and a few flyers. I knew for sure there was going to be a big stink about multiple accounts. I imagine that after the disqualifications, near 1/3rd of the top 1/3rd are gone. That will change my rank but noy my percentile.

This entire contest is promoting the worng thing. Its not about stock picking..Next year they need to have a new rule that you cannot buy more than 5% of one stock in the portfolio. This way nobody can get lucky and hit the payday with one stock. Out of 250k people you will always have several hundred people who happen to hit the 300-400% gainer in one month.

As of today I am 1.1 million 5260th place but I made 100k today so I should be in top 2% or 1000-1500th place tomorrow.
